He has served as a team physician for athletic programs across the collegiate, professional, and local levels, including:

Dr. Rawal is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (FAAOS) and a Fellow of the Arthroscopy Association of North America (FAANA). He is one of only three elected sports medicine surgeons serving as a Wisconsin state representative for the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM), and has been named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for five consecutive years (2022–2026).
Elite Academic Training & Clinical Fellowships
Originally from Chicago, Dr. Rawal earned his medical degree and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Demonstrating early leadership, he was elected by his peers and mentors to serve as Administrative Chief Resident during his final year of training.

- Sports Medicine Fellowship (Methodist Sports Medicine — Indianapolis, IN): Focused on cutting-edge arthroscopic treatment of complex shoulder, knee, elbow, and ankle injuries, with extensive experience treating competitive athletes.
- Advanced Cartilage Restoration Training (The Knee Restoration Center of Indiana): Completed specialized training under the direct mentorship of world-renowned cartilage expert Dr. Jack Farr.
